Due to the nature of our business, we are only able to accept hand-delivered letters/competition entries during our main office hours of Mon-Fri from 9am through until 6pm. Please note: we do not have a letter box, so please do not leave letters/parcels outside.  Also there is no car parking space, only on-street parking where available. Complaints and Code of Conduct

The Tameside Reporter takes every effort to strive for accuracy in our news reports and we welcome any feedback or corrections.

Please email the editor Nigel Skinner at [email protected] with a summary of your concerns and we will aim to get back to you within seven calendar days.

If we accept we have made a mistake we will endeavour to correct it as soon as possible.

The Tameside Reporter adheres to the Independent Press Standards Organisation (IPSO) Editors’ Code of Practice.

This is a nationally accepted code, which numerous national and regional media follow.

If you feel we are in breach of this code, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Music Submission

We get sent loads of CDs a week with upcoming artists’ music on them that they wish to be played on our radio station. To save you a stamp & CD and to save Pat the Postman’s back, please email your submissions to [email protected]

Note: Due to legal reasons, we cannot play songs that contain swearing, or other slanderous content. We reserve the right to refuse to play your music. We cannot guarantee that all music sent in is played on air, although it is given serious consideration.
