Ashton referee Chris Kavanagh took charge of his biggest game of the season last weekend.

The 33-year-old refereed the Premier League clash between Liverpool and Everton at Anfield on Sunday.
Liverpool scored a dramatic 96th minute winner to claim a 1-0 victory over their Merseyside rivals.
Kavanagh awarded five yellow cards in total; three to Liverpool and two to Everton. He has only awarded one red card in the Premier League this season.
Following his biggest game to date, Kavanagh received mixed responses on social media, although the majority were positive. One user tweeted:

On Wednesday evening, Kavanagh will be on fourth official duty for the Premier League game between Manchester United and Arsenal at Old Trafford.
