Mass brawl in Droylsden injuries multiple men and damages cars

Police are investigating after a mass-brawl in Tameside caused multiple injuries.

Police were called at around 12:05PM on Sunday 4th February to reports of fighting on Market Street in Droylsden – close to the car wash outside the Butchers Arms Ground.

According to police more than 10 men, aged between late 20’s and early 30’s, were involved in he disturbance.

The violence left multiple people with injuries but none were life threatening or altering.

Vehicles were damaged during the fight, which is believed to have stemmed from a dispute between two groups of men.

Officers are now appealing for any witnesses or anyone with any information to come forward. Get in touch with Police on 101 quoting the reference number 886 and the date 04/02/18.
