In the Hyde & District Sunday League, Droylsden Sports reached the final of the Division 1 Jack Stone Cup with a narrow 1-0 victory over rivals Tintwistle.

In Premier Division Reporter Cup action, Charlesworth climbed to the top of the group with a 2-1 victory over Home Guard, whilst Ridgehill Celtic defeated Calcio by the same scoreline. Commie Bees picked up their 3rd victory of the group stage with a 3-2 win over Droylsden Catholic Club.

In Division One, Railway jump into 5th after an impressive 7-1 away victory over Commercial FC. Jubilee Rangers and Harehill Tavern B played out a 2-2 draw as both teams continue to struggle this season. West African Development prop up the rest of the table after they were beaten 5-0 by Roe Cross. FC Brittania end a 6-game winless streak with a 3-1 victory over Prince of Wales.

Finally, Hyde Sunday League Premier Division champions Ridgehill United needed extra time to see off Division 1 title contenders Harehill Tavern A 3-2 to reach the final of the Stalybridge & Hyde Cup. This now sets up a mouth watering clash with the Tameside Sunday League Premier Division champions Bulls Head Athletic.
