Wildlife project takes off

A project aimed at attracting more wildlife to a former landfill site has taken off thanks to a surprise donation from a local wood recycling company.

Droylsden-based Hadfield Wood Recyclers kindly donated four sheets of plywood to the Friends of Sunny Bank Vale to help them in their efforts to regenerate the 39 acre area and make it more appealing for the community.
