We look forward to sharing more news over the coming months.”

Tom Prescott, joint leasing agent at Barker Proudlove adds: “The Arcades is cementing its status as Ashton’s premier shopping pitch and these new deals are testament to that. This is a well anchored scheme in a vibrant market town that welcomes 145,000 weekly visitors and offers shoppers a great blend of day to day shopping coupled with a strong fashion offer.”

Richard Lucas, joint leasing agent at Richard Lucas Property Consultants also commented: “We are very pleased to have secured these new tenants, which will further enhance the centre’s strong tenant mix. There is a lot happening in Ashton currently with the completion of Vision Tameside bringing 4,000+ people to the town centre immediately adjacent to the Arcades. Work has also begun to transform the existing bus station into a new state of the art transport interchange, linking directly into one of the main malls of the centre.”
