Hyde United manager Darren Kelly has strengthened his side with the addition of defensive midfielder, Keenan Quansah.

Previously at Mossley, Keenan also played for Warrington Town before signing a professional contract at Accrington Stanley.

Kelly spoke to Hyde’s website and said: “Keenan is a very impressive player who is comfortable in a number of positions adding strength and depth to the squad. He was keen to join to further his development after hearing about the work we do with players using Playertek and Hudl to help them improve”

Keenan is one of several players to have signed for the Tigers in recent weeks. After last season’s promotion success, Kelly retained the services of Luke Porritt, Pete Boyle, Tom Pratt, Ross Daly, Kyle Brownhill, Kyle Harrison, Chris Sutherland, Janni Lipka and Karl Jones.

Other players include James Hodges, David Brown and Sam Heathcote.
