Sunday 23rd:
Lancashire Development Vase Final
Ashton U15s 22-37 Aldwinians U15s

Callum Taylor and Lewis Worthington both got two tries, while Worthington added a conversion. Aldwinians ran out winners on a warm sunny morning on Ashton’s first team pitch in front of a large crowd as would befit a local derby.
Senior Colts Shield Semi Final:
Tarleton 38-0 Ashton

Ashton were strong in a close first half but fell away during the second as injuries and player shortages took their toll against their on song hosts who progressed through to the Final .
Ashton RFC has had a difficult season at Senior Level but spirits will no doubt be raised by former Captain John Walmsleys Ashton Vetrans team who take on Flint Tourists at Gambrel Bank this Saturday 3pm at home.
Ashton Juniors still have two finals to go with U13s  home v Sedgley Park on 7th May at 11am,  and the U16s play the Lancs Plate final v Blackburn at Aldwinians the same day.
