In the Hyde & District Sunday League, the top of the table clash in the Premier Division between Charlesworth and Shamrock saw the former prevail as 4-2 winners. Charlesworth remain in 2nd spot but have three games in hand on their rivals and only a 4-point deficit to make up. Kings Head returned to winning ways as they edged out Blazing Rag 4-3.

In Division One, the in-form Brushes Rangers were held to a 1-1 draw against Harehill Athletic, and they both remain in 2nd and 3rd place respectively. Commercial and FC Brittania shared the spoils in a 10-goal thriller as they drew 5-5.

In the Stalybridge & Hyde Cup, Harehill Tavern beat Organ Athletic 3-2 to make the semi finals. They were also joined by Roe Cross who beat Ridgehill Celtic 3-2, and Railway beat the Astley Arms by the same scoreline.
