Man charged with series of crimes to appear before Tameside magistrates

A man, who was wanted by police for several months, is appearing before Tameside Magistrates Court today (Wednesday) after being charged with a series of criminal offences.

Aaron McEwan, 28, of no fixed address, has been charged with attempted burglary, burglary of a dwelling, theft, dangerous driving and remaining unlawfully at large after being recalled to prison.

He has been remanded into custody to appear before magistrates at the borough’s Magistrates Court.
