Missing Ashton man, gives cause for concern

Ashton man, Amjid Leighton has been missing since last Monday, 24 of October 2016, and police are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare..
Although Amjid. aged- 32-years of age, was last seen  in Ashton on the 24 of October, it is known that he made contact with his family four days later on the 28th October.

Though Amjid has no fixed address it is known he has recently been staying in the Ashton area.

It is also believed  Amjid has links to several  cities including Manchester, Glasgow, Bournemouth, London, Liverpool and Birmingham.

Amjid is described as mixed race, around 5ft 8in, of slim build with long dark brown curly hair often worn in a ponytail.

It is thought that Amjid was  wearing jeans and a burgundy hoodie and a green baseball cap with and “A” on the front. He is also known to wear friendship bracelets around his wrists and ankles and could possibly be wearing a dark green satchel bag.
