A young teenager who was feared kidnapped has been found safe and well in Oldham, but his sister remains missing.

Noevelle Lupu, 13, who went missing two weeks ago was believed to be with his older sister Camelia from Stalybridge and a 19 year-old man Marius Savin.

Police feared Savin was attempting to take the pair, believed to be of Romanian origin, out of the country and an alert was mounted especially at Southern ports.

His sister Camelia  is believed to be still missing in the company of Marius Savin.

Police enquiries are ongoing to trace them.
