The countdown is on for this year’s Gee Cross Fair.

The event, organised by Hyde Rotary, draws hundreds of locals and visitors alike to Sam Redfern Green, for the village’s biggest day of the year.

This year’s event on Sunday, June 12, promises to be no different!

To date, 26 stalls have already been confirmed with a similar number pre-booked, meaning this year’s event is set to be bigger than in previous years.

As well as the various stalls, there will be around six food and refreshment stalls and a large cake stall.

There will also be a licensed bar and you’ll be able to experience the sights and sounds of the classic vehicles of yesteryear with 50 classic cars from Tame valley Classic Car Club best vehicle competition.

There will be numerous demonstrations, singers and dance performances – plus a grand raffle with ten prizes, all donated by local businesses.
