Drivers are being warned to avoid roads in Stalybridge after a serious collision on Acres Lane just after 3.30pm today (20 June).

Two cars collided near to Tesco in Stalybridge with a man currently trapped in a red Toyota Yaris.

An air ambulance has been deployed along with officers from Greater Manchester Police and Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue.
